Chubb
Is this even legal?

Due to current financial constraint we have decided to close our business in Brits. I gave Chubb written notice. I was informed that my cancellation request will only be approved once their radio and antenna (their own property) has been removed. And get this, I need to pay them to have it removed. A "standard fee" of R313-50. I still have my original contract and nowhere does it state that I should pay these kinds of fees. Should I not pay to have there own property removed within 30 days after the cancellation date an additional fee of R900-00 will be charged to my account. I will also be held liable for the cost of continued service. The whole notion that I should pay Chubb to collect their own property is ridiculous.
