22nd July, I booked a call out for 3:30pm on 23rd. Called at 4pm & was told that he had been bitten by a dog. Vented frustrations as nobody bothered to call to say he wasnt going to arrive & to reschedule, the phone was put down on me. Called back & rescheduled for 24th at 4pm. 24th the technician arrived at 5:15pm & only knew he was late after I called to find out where he was. That night I discovered that the alarm still wasn't working, called on the 25th to set up a new call out for that afternoon at 4pm. On calling again at 4:45pm I discovered that he wasn't coming becasue his vehicle had broken down. Once again I vented that nobody had bothered to call and let me know & to reschedule & once again the phone was put down on me twice. The third gentleman I spoke to promised to reschedule the appointment for the afternoon of 26th & was going to call me early on the 26th to confirm. I am still waiting. When I called, I was told that there were no technicians for the 26th and would have to wait until the 29th or 30th (9 days later). What kind of nonsense is this? Who can I complain to, not management, nobody in call centre will put you through, claim mngmnt are all out!
