On the 28 June 2013 an ADT technician came to my house to fix my alarm, and he told me to go buy a new battery, even after replacing the battery the problem persisted. I complained to ADT and guy called Hendrik or Hennie called on the 03 July to tell me that a Technician will be at my house to resolve the problem, no one came. On the 05 July I got an invoice from ADT to pay for all the false alarms calls, despite all the communication to ADT requesting technical assistance. In July I had technicians coming to my house twice 15 days apart to fix the system but the system is still not fixed, and the second technician told me that I have to replace the whole system and gave me a quotation and he charged me a full callout fee for giving me a quotation he told me its ADT policy because they are scared that I might get someone else to replace the system, what nonsense is that for an organisation to make such assumptions. ADT still had the decency to debited my account for all these callout fees yet my system is still not functioning properly and no one bothered to call me back despite the numerous attempts to call ADT to assist.
