Appalling Service!!!

I called Chubb Accounts Department about 2 months ago when i noticed unusual amounts being debited from MY bank account. They could not give me a valid reason as to why they were debiting my account for those amounts. I immediately stopped all debit orders with them and my bank and advised that i will be paying via EFT from now on. I have now noticed that this incompetence is starting all over again after viewing my bank statement. I really regret joining Chubb, i should've just joined ADT or one of the local Security Companies. The service SUCKED from installation to armed response, not patrolling in my area and now payment issues. I will not advised anyone to join such a company, they are very unprofessional and got a bunch of incompetent people working in the Roodepoort Branch. I now have to go to my bank to reverse all this unauthorised debits at my expenses as THEY THE INCOMPETENT BUNCH OF PEOPLE THEY ARE will not be able to give an answer for this unauthorized debits. I guess that is what you get when signing up to this big security companies, the smaller security companies will definitely treat you like a valued customer and not just a number.
