DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF TWICE FOR 2 MONTHS

I have been with Chubb security since November 2011, and i had no issues with the company until i changed my address. i was told that they will not move the alarm because my account is in areas. i could not understand why because they have been debiting my account since, however they said it was the mistake on their side but they don't know what went wrong with the debit order. then we made the arrangement that they can debit extra R100 to make up for the amount in areas. My alarm was moved to the new address but not captured on their system for 2 months then i phone the rustenburg branch to check what is the problem, then the lady said is has been fixed. now my debit order is going off twice for every month and the pointing fingers at each other, there i assumed that chubb is one company they are one team and i should be assisted. This is an inconvenience for me as my other debit orders are returning unpaid due to the mistake made by chubb security. Please sort this out within closing of business 03 July 2013 or i will have no choice but to close this account with chubb. I WILL NOT TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY AMOUNTH OUTSTANDING SINCE IT WAS THEIR OWN INCOMPETENCY.
