TAKES A YEAR TO TRY AND CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT

Over a year ago i was retrenched and could not afford to pay so i cancelled the contract. Adt came back to me and offered a deal no charge for 6 months. They then sent me three options that i might be able to afford. The gentleman who offered me never came back to me to find out what offer i could afford, this goes back to Oct last year, they have now started to deduct my normal monthly fee for the past couple of months, no notice to me that they will be doing this. Sent an email to the gentleman and he has replied that only now will the contract be cancelled and i must still pay the July amount.
