STB not keeping promises even as put on HelloPete

~6 years ago I lost my business and STB refused to help me out, even though they PROMISED they would always be there when I need them. Nontheless, I should have known it was only a lie, so I accepted failure of my business. Then STB started calling me every single month to get their R3000 odd back. I kept explaining the same thing over and over and over and over that I could only afford to pay R500 per month. They wouldn't accept. A year later I offered R300, they wouldn't accept. Another two years later I offered R50, as that was all I could afford, they wouldn't accept. I then found employment and offered R100 which they finally did accept. I was then retrenched and explained that I can't afford a cent and that food and baby diapers is first in the queue, STB is last in the queue. But now STB is handing my account over to different debt collectors on a MONTHLY basis, some are decent, other are rude and attacking. I'm really dissapointed that STB deals with such nasty and aggresive companies, it says a lot about STB's humanity. STB fooled me into signing surity, after I DELIBERATELY told them I'm NOT going to (the agent put the form between other papers). STB, leave me alone!!!
