I was contacted by Leanne Adams last week for the mini vacation voucher offer and i told her that i wasnt sure whether i can afford it and it was conformed that she will sign me up and once ive thought about it, i can cancel if i dont want to take the offer. I contacted her on Monday and Tuesday and she was not available and the gentleman advised that i will get contacted by Nuhr. Indeed Nuhr contacted me on wednesday and he gave me an offer for R150.00 which i agreed it was fine. The very same day i get an email to say the premiums will be R195.00. I replied to that email wanting clarity and no one has replied to it. To my surprise, which left me very angry, i got 2 sms's that you guys have debitted R275.00 and R150.00 from my account. From my knowledge, i cancelled the offer for R275.00 and took the one for R150.00.
In true sense, i cant have 2 accounts with you which somehow offer the same thing. So, in all that has been said, i want my refund of R275.00 as that contract was cancelled and replaced with he offer for R150.00 for a trial period of 4 months. If this cant be solved, then i want this contract cancelled with immediate effect and refund me my money back.
