Contract cancellation

I am trying to cancel my contract and was told on the day of the presentation for the Holiday access trial package that I can cancel anytime should I not be able to make payments. A day after signing my contract I foned an that agent telling him not to process the contract as I realized I won't afford to pay for it, he told me he has cancelled it, but a month after I spoke to him, they started deducting the money to my account, since then I'v been trying 2cancel it but they keep on threatening me telling me they'll BlACKLISt me should I not make monthly payments. I haven't use any of their points, because I can't even afford to pay for the outstanding amounts for the holiday and I don't need their refunds. All I need is to cancel their contract because I can't afford the payments, and its useless to me. May you please assist me on this matter.
