I called the 086 12 12 300 number to inform ADT that we are moving and the our tenants will be taking over the ADT armed response. I was told that I need to email [Email Removed] to inform them of my intention. This was a month ago. I emailed again and received the following ticket: E93BBEE51AE4A. This was a couple of days ago. Has anyone called yet? No. ADT the does not equal service.
