SA Post Office
Post office closed my post box despite payment

I have paid to renew my post box online in the begining of february.
the post office closed my post box since then, i have tried contacting them countless times in the last 2 months and my post box is still closed. the service centre keeps saying that they will tell my post office to open my box and nothing has happened so far.

they keep telling me my post office does not pick up the phone, how is that my problem. i have paid and now i'm suffering. if they can't do it they should just close it and give me my money back. now my mail is probably being returned.
