Please Help and Advise Someone! Am Desperate

I posted this msg this morning to Cell C and nothing was done besides being told that it was being referred to Tsepo and I was to be contacted.
This is what I said.
I will continue to post and you can continue to delete my post but I want AN ANSWER! You said that this will be investigated but I have had no response not even a telephone call all day!
As I said this morning
Please help. I have used My Tools to blacklist a number on my phone. On Friday morning, I see from my activity list that that number tried me 4 times. Friday afternoon after 1.30 and 3.30, twice this number dialled me and spoke to me AND GOT THROUGH TO ME DESPITE BEING STILL BLOCKED ON MY COMPUTER... How is this possible?
What is your security like?
... How did this happen?
Can someone hack in through your technology like this???
Is anything sacred and safe anymore???
