SA Post Office
Extremely poor service

Every time I go to the Craighall Post Office, I am left with a bad taste in my mouth. They are so slow, its almost like they try deliberately to be even slower than normal. Today in the line, many people were saying this.

The one lady, when she got to the counter asked the lady who was serving her, for the name of the manager, and if she could call them. Tandu ignored her and did not respond. I then piped up to tell her the complaints procedure was on the wall, so she went to write down the details and left. While this was happening, another lady, also highly irritated called to Tandu again saying "Hey, we asked to see the manager, can you respond please" She again just carried on doing what she was doing, you could see she was annoyed by this, and yet she ignored us. When I used to come in, there was a sign with their vision and mission I think, what this post office stood for, now I see its gone, probably as they got annihilated for the bad service.
I went in on Friday, my deliver was supposed to be there Friday, they said it had not come in. I went in again today, waiting in long line, again, not there. I called Speed services, they say they did deliver on Friday.
