I am so insanely angry today. I made a report on Friday last week about my PS4 pre order not being delivered AS PROMISED back in June when I ordered it. The customer service has been disgusting along with rude people on the other end of the phone, not to mention that they do not bother to respond to emails. I asked for a refund which I did not get a response to till about two days ago saying the money will take 48 Hours to reflect.

Guess what, I get a surprise visit from Courier IT with my PS4 from CNA... A week late! Why is this being delivered when I asked for a refund and actually got a mail saying its done? I turned the courier away. This is the most shocking service I have ever received and I am certainly not the only one. I can only say to anyone who reads this DO NOT use CNA online for anything. I honestly feel like myself and anyone else who suffered through this should be compensated in some form. Honestly I feel like if I had the time and money I would sue them. How can you make a promise like that and just not give a when it comes down to delivery of service and the product. Very quick to take your money though. This is my second post now on hellopeter now.
