False Promises..., continued

I posted an updated complaint last week about a refund ADT promised me in January and still has not paid to me. The response to my complaint last week was that they would look into the matter and revert back to me. Nobody has contacted me at all, and I think that they have an automated response set up to look like they care. Again this is an emergency response company whom you trust with your life in your hour of need, but again I can say they do not keep the promises they made to correct a mistake they have made, AND they ignore complaints.
