The story is too long to even start explaining. All I can say is I have never had the misfortune of having such consistently bad service over the years from an admin team as I have had with ADT's. I was told to send a cancellation letter through to an email address to which no one bothers to EVER respond to, the excuse is that the emails have been down - this after a number of emails were sent through over a month. We chose to cancel our service because of ADt's technical team not being able to fix a problem, sales people don't follow up and overall dissatisfaction with service given. The bizarre thing is we have had 2 contracts with ADT over the years and we have been listed once because a cancellation wasn't effected. Then with the new contract we relocated to a new home after confirming the move with ADT no one arrived to do the change over on the day we moved after confirmation was confirmed the day before. Seems no one communicates with each other in the WHOLE organisation. Now 3 months later our contract still hasn't been cancelled, debit orders are still coming off and now I am certain that we will be listed again. Please can someone tell me who can actually resolve this issu
