Ive been trying to get these guys to send me a confirmation letter for my 2 contracts that I have with them since the cancellation date of the 16 May 2013 at 14:30pm when I spoke to Tebogo who advised me that her retentions team will send the confirmation OF CANCELLATION FOR BOTH CONTRACTS and that my last 2 debits will go off in July. I strongly advised her to inform the retentions team not to call me as I have no wish to be retained just want my contracts cancelled and get the confirmation for cancellation. On the 21st May 2013 I sent them another email with my contact details requesting a confirmation letter but still no one has got back to me and the last I sent was on Tuesday 02 JULY 2013 and the retentions team has not got back to me. Should a debit order go off next month, my lawyers will handle this issue and I will publish the emails ive sent them and request the voice log of the 21 May 2013 as they claim that their calls are recorded. I was gonna consider doing business with them again but after this pathetic service, I will strongly advise my family, friends and the public to stay away from them.
