NO RESPONSE DESPITE UNDERTAKING TO DO SO

We have an issue with our alarm sensors and my wife met with Gary about two weeks ago to discuss. He indicated that there appeared to be an issue with the sensor settings and would arrange for a technical team to call on us and review these settings. The issue being that we had these installed in August 2012 and I am concerned about any warranty that we may have expiring.
I called Gary's number on Thursday, 11th July and left a message to enquire as to why no one had contacted us. I then called again on Monday 15th July and got hold of a Brian who indicated that:
1. Gary now had a new cell phone number- this was his cell phone (Brian's);
2. That he would give a message to Gary to call me.
I called Brian's number again today (16th July) to be told that he had given the message to Gary and despite this, I have not heard from anyone at Securitas.
I have now left a message for a gentleman by the name of Lance Harris (Gary's manager)- whom I am hoping will respond.
The level of service and lack of response to my messages has been appalling.
