Still waiting for my proof of cancellation!

Hi there, I have been with Virgin Mobile for about over six years now. Loyal client, always made my payments on time. However, I am due for an upgrade on the 7th of July 2013, yesterday I spent half the day on my phone attempting to cancel my contract, as I do not wish to renew it, I will not be in South Africa for a while. So it makes sense.

I eventually spoke to Lerato, who could not furnish me with a reference for the call (according to her the system does not provide) which is nonsense. So she confirmed my e-mail address and confirmed that she would sent me proof of cancellation of my contract... I am still waiting. I needed proof as I did realize on, lots of people are complaining about 'cancellations' not being done. I also needed to be put through to the Debt review departments as i need my last billing to be referred directly to them, i need an email address to which I can sent the 17.1 Form confirming my debt review. inbetween I also need further debit orders cancelled.

Guess what, no success, no joy at all. I really need somebody to try and resolve this matter with me, as I am becoming quite furious at your pathetic service.
