Faulty contract coerced me into premium overpay

I have been harassed by phone calls and sms's that I should pay my monthly subscription despite my belief that my contract has lapsed! I asked for a copy at least 5 times, but to no prevail. This went on for nearly a year until I couldn't take it longer and went to head office. When they gave me the working copy of my contract it was a previous contract that ended several years previously! After an extended search they found the correct contract and acknowledged I was right and agreed that this one also lapsed! I duly gave them notice and will never again do business with them.
