Mix Telematics dealings

I have been a loyal cash up front customer for 5 years with this company. For the past couple of years i have never found joy in Matrix, however because of being scared that my car would one day be, I kept them as my service provider. Early last year, i asked for my agreement with them be terminated which was not the case. I was then billed for 3 months and my account into arrears because the call centre personnel did'nt do their work.

Eventually my contract was cancelled, however that was short lived by another sms to my phone instructing to pay my account or else i will be taken to the Lawyers. I called the call centre to enquire about this in Jan 2013, needles to say that 4 months later, I discovered that there were other cars billed under my name while i has cancelled my contract with them.

I do not recommend Matrix as car tracker of choice for anyone wanting peace of mind. they have left a bitter taste and i wish everyone can see them for what they are worth...
