Mix Telematics Africa (Matrix Vehicle Tracking)
Have spent 2 months trying to cancel a contract!

We had a car with Matrix vehicle tracking for almost 6 years. We sold the car in November and immediately called Matrix to cancel the contract (and in fact install a new vehicle tracking unit on our new car). For the last 2 months Matrix persistently call to ask why an alarm is going off on the old car. Also after 5 phone calls for the new unit for the new car I had to give up and go with Tracker because insurance was threatening to cancel on the new car. Matrix let us down on the new unit and they have still not cancelled the contract on the old car.
They continue to take money out of our account which is now and after at least 30-40 calls to anyone who will listen I am left with no other alternative but to go to the police for the money being taken out of our account.
