Loyal ADT subscriber gets taken for a ride

When we moved to our current place in Diep river we fell under the surveillance of the bicycle patrol, I never asked for this but I was told that because they would cycle past my house we would automatically be covered (at no extra cost). My cover then started and when ADT lost the contract in the area last year, I queried why my payments were so steep, I was then sent the attached mails. In these mails it was explained as "The amount you are currently paying is purely for Monitoring and Armed Response and the reason the amount is so high is due to the increases you have had since you are linked to ADT, as approved by ADT management we can offer you a discount on your monthly payments R367.65 including VAT with effect 1 February 2013."I then received a statement in the mail on the 15th July 2013 which indicated two payments R169.59 and R206.61 = R376.20. Upon calling the ADT accounts department, I spoke with Emmanuel (16:25 pm) who indicated that I was paying for Armed response and monitoring R206.61 and bicycle patrols of R169.59! You can understand my anger at this point as this was discussed 6months ago and I was assured that they are not charging me for bicycle patrols.
