Into contracts

I signed up with Mix telematics in 2010 I then sold the with unit in place and found out I had a 3 year contract instead of the 2 years I thought I had, I wanted it cancelled I as the car was sold and I found another tracking company that was R65 cheaper, the lady then told me should could give me a R40 and install a new unit in my new car with a "TWO YEAR" contract. yesterday i called to test the unit and just to check when the contract expires and the call center person indicated that I signed a "THREE YEAR" contract. I asked to pull the 3 or 4 call I made to set up the "TWO YEAR" contract and conveniently they are unable to find the call and now she insists that i am bound for the extra one year... liars!!!
