Cost me money trying to get my own money back

On the 1st of December i cancelled my debit order, as i was moving and for 3 months i had no need for dstv, but i was going to reconnect when i moved into my new home. At the end of December i phoned and cancelled with multichoice, on the 2nd of Jan i got a phone call from an agent asking why, i was moving i would reconnect in 3 months, he said i was in the credit then, i asked how as i had cancelled my debit order in Dec, he said it hadnt been cancelled and i had been debit for Jan, even though i now have no dstv, the guy said within 14 days i will be refunded, of course 14 days are up so today i phoned, spoke to a guy he was rude and cut me of, then phoned back spoke to a lady she told me to phone a number that i did and doesnt exist, finaly spoke to a THIRD person and was told he would see what he could do, THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE!! it cost me so much telephone money to try get my money back that clearly was from me, THIS BETTER BE SORTED OUT ASAP, i have never been so disgusted in my life, service in this county has gone so down hill, its a disgrace!!!
