I'm really disgusted with the poor service being provided by your ADT. On the 24 Dec I called and spoke to Thobeka at 6:15 in the morning explaining to her that one of the zones in my house was triggered and that I never received any call from them. She responded by saying they never received any signal from my house. She asked that we test together, I triggered zone 3 again and she said she could hear the alarm over the phone but not signal on the system. She promised to report it. During that same day I received a missed call from ADT of which I returned and spoke to Megan who explained that they were trying to reach me to schedule an appointment, she further stated that she will send an email to the lady who schedule appointment to contact me again of which she never did. On the 31 Dec I triggered zone3 again and a cell panic and again I never received any response from ADT. I called and spoke to Espe, whom I explained my whole situation, I even told her that I'm going away and should something happen to my house, I will sue ADT. She said she will resend the email and arrange for the patrol at my house. Today it's the 3rd and still no feedback from ADT. This is unacceptable.
