Still deducting after cancellation-uncontactable

We have cancelled our alarm system in December. Firstly we could not get hold of them on the phone so we were forced to press the panic button just to get reaction. We explained to the armed response that we needed a tel nr to cancel but they could not give us a number but instead said that they would send someone to our house the next day. Someone did come to see us and we explained that we would like to cancel and he said he would give it through. December they still deducted and in January as well. We tried to contact them again. In Feb the dt order went through but we reversed it at the bank and hoped that they will notice and contact us then. I sent many e-mails without any response. For the next 2 months the same thing happened, still no response. We received a letter from them stating that we will be blacklisted and handed over if we do not pay. I e-mailed and tried to phone Winnie Bochele without success, this was the person which the letter said we should contact. Wip called and we explained, he asked us to send all the previous mails to him with explanation, he will sort it out. Also never received response back from him. Now another letter in the mail.
