Suspicious activity by ADT

After having a vehicle from my property in Glen Anil several months ago I had no answers as to how the perpetrators had gotten the gate open cleanly with absolutely no damage. ADT did not even appear on that occassion. Last week I had finally gotten a new vehicle to replace the one, however it was once again 2 days later! This time I had noticed ADT patrolling whilst SAPS were taking a statement but ADT did not even stop to check. This had led me to realise that they have an access key to the property and needed to be questioned. I have not issued remotes/access keys to anyone but ADT. Attempted to get a response but to date have been ignored. At the very least they should make up excuses for this suspicious behaviour, and not totally disregard my query. Are criminals constantly watching my property or are ADT employees passing on info to criminals whilst ''patrolling", and then assisting with opening of gates?
