DO NOT TRUST NETSTAR FOR YOUR VEHICLE PROTECTION

We have had in a space of 5 weeks, no less than 5 alarms both panic button and alarm signals on our vehicle. With little or no response. Panic buttons signals were not even responded to, and we got told on both occasions when we phoned the emergency number that there it is a high call volume. My reply was, is this a standard response to your customers. The other times we had a response time of an hour & and 15 minutes respectively, to no response at all. We have asked Netstar to look into this matter on various occasion. Speaking to Supervisors, and not just call centre staff. After explaining to a supervisor, that I have no faith in Netstar, as no one even bothers to help rectify this situation, I was escalated to Customer service. As you guess... NO SERVICE again. After making numerous calls I got told a Customer Service supervisor will attend to this matter, Guess what NO SERVICE or NO COURTESY of a reply. WE have demanded to have this unit removed from our vehicle. We want to do business with a company that can give us the service we pay for, and the piece of mind in the unfortunate event of a hijacking that we at least have a chance to get help and support.
