FNB, Security man broker gate

Our property is 1 of 2 units and uses a common gate. The owner of the other unit moved end of Sept. 2013 and took the keys to the attorney's office. FNB foreclose his house. On 23/10/2013 a stranger entered the property with his car. The person introduced himself and said he dropped of a security man at the property until the estate is completed. He informed me that he broke the gate to enter the property. He said he will only collect the keys of the property the next day. The electric gate was broken of totally and the gate could not close. I have called the attorney's informed them what happened. The lady said to email her the details. Since then nothing was done accept for the following week the same person came and put a on the arm of the motor which broke off totally. The gate was not fixed properly and could cause future damage to the motor. The security firm assumed they could simply fix the gate themselves with a. I informed him this will not work. I do not understand how you can simply break a gate to access to a joint property. The reason I turn to FNB is because they are the owners of this unit and they surely appointed these people.
