Netstar recently had a problem with billing thier clients for the month of may. when signing the contract i specifically asked to be debited on the 25th of every month. becuase that is the date id have money in my account. after they had thier problem in may 2013, the debited me on the 6th of june, had mo money and was charged R115 because it bounced. again on the 18th was debited and chargedR115 because it bounced.
when i signed the contract i did not give permission to netstar to debit my account at any given time during the month.! i said 25th for a reason, because that when i money in my account. now i am more in the red because of this. netstar wont listen to anything and say i am lible for this! it furiates me!!! can some! assist me please!
