REFUND DUE OVER 2 MONTHS NOW!!!

My Account was debited by Netstar on the 12/11/2013 by more than R400. They advised me when i contacted them that my money would be refunded that same week, the reason for the high Debit amount was due to VAPS sold by a third party, is this legal? I have never accepted the additional products and now they are taking more than 2 months to refund me!!!

Do not use NETSTAR they are incompetent and dishonest!!!
