Sort this out!

So i have an account with CHUBB with no complaints, until last year when their MANAGER received a Hello Peter complaint (NOT FROM ME) but from an account that is similar to mine. The MANAGER attached that complaint on my account and cancelled my CHUBB contract without my consent. The error was since corrected until I've been double billed on my account, for what they call "RADIO REMOVAL" I was informed that i was wrongfully billed as this was part of the COMPLAINT that the MANAGER attached on my account in error. Its been a week since I've been promised my REFUND! I cannot call CHUBB everyday for MY MONEY that their INCOMPETENT STAFF has incorrectly billed. Sort this out!
