Tripple Charge for Radio Removal

I cancelled my Account with Chubb Security in September 2012 due to relocation. I was asked if they can come and collect the radio transmitter after which I responded "of course". After they removed the radio they billed me R216 for this without telling me of this charge. So I signed the paper and they debited my account for this. I though ok that is no done and dusted. In January 2013 chubb again debited my account with R249.99. On first June they again debited my account for R285.00. After phoning to query this all they say is that this is for outstanding charges due to the radio removal. How can they charge me more than R700 to do a 1minute job. This is ridicules!! Please refund me my money interest. and please use the same interest % that you charge me. Thanks
