Will this ever end???

I must say the staff at Netstar outdo each other to prove who can give me the worst service. Do you guys get paid more or get good incentives when you bring in lots of customer complaints? Every person I deal with at Netstar makes me want to slit my own wrists. After 2 technicians failed with high colours to fix my alarm on my car, I was assured by Shaun that they will send another "more qualified technician to come sort of the problem. The guy came on 21/06 but tempered with my airbags causing me to take my car back to the dealer to have this sorted out. Shaun promised that I will be refunded the money paid to the dealer. The invoice was sent to him on 25/06/2013, todate, he has had no decency to call me back or get my money refunded (R370.50). He also promised that due to the the hassles I've been experiencing for the past weeks, he will pass a goodwill payment for the next 3 months. Surprise, surprise, my acc is debited by Netstart on Saturday morning!!! What the is going on in this company. I want my refund done immediately (with interest) and I want someone to authorise terminating my contract with Netstar as I refuse to pay for incompetency
