ADT's service is pathetic!!! We cancelled our account on the 25th of April 2013. Therefore we would not have been clients from the beginning of June 2013. For some or other unexplainable reason they still subtracted subscription for June 2013. On the 5th of June I spoke to them with regards to this and they promised to set it right immediately and to repay the subscription amount that should not have been subtracted. During the week of the 24th of June this was still not done. ADT was contacted again and once again we were promised that it would be set right. On the 28th of June ADT subtracted another subscription!!! I see this as and would love for somebody to phone me with regard to this!!
