THE WHOLE NIGHTMARE WITH AUTOMATION AFRICA STARTED IN NOVERMBER 2012 WHEN I BOUGHT A DOUBLE GARAGE DOOR AND GARAGE DOOR MOTOR FROM AA INCLUDING INSTALLATION. TO START WITH THEY'RE TECHNICIANS ARE INCOMPETENT AT WHAT THEY DO, SINCE DAY ONE THE MOTOR GAVE PROBLEMS AND BESIDES THAT THE GARAGE DOOR WASN'T EVEN FITTED AS IT SHOULD BE.UPON CONTACTING AUTOMATION AFRICA CONCERNING THE LATTER I WAS TOLD TO CHARGE THE BATTERY OF THE MOTOR AND SO I DID JUST THAT, STILL AFTER "CHARGING" IT THE MOTOR WASN'T DOING A THING, I CONTACTED AUTOMATION AFRICA AGAIN, A WOMAN CALLED SHANNON PROMISED (THE FIRST OF MANY) THAT ANOTHER TECHNICIAN MIKE AND/OR RYNO WILL BE SEND OUT TO LOOK AT THE FAULTY MOTOR ETC. SIX MONTHS AND SEVERAL PHONE CALLS LATER THE GARAGE DOOR MOTOR IS STILL FAULTY, AFTER HAVING PAID THEM IN FULL I DID NOT EXPECT THAT I WOULD BE OPERATING SUCH A HEAVY DOOR DAILY, TO MAKE IT WORSE I'M A PETITE WOMAN AND IT'S SOOO DIFFICULT TO LIFT/OPEN THAT DARN DOOR...
