My Lunch Time Wasted

Hi there,
I would like to express my disappointment with Game Boulder management for lack of urgency, intervention & pro activeness.
I went with a good mood to Boulder - Game today (29 May 2013) to buy my wife a present as is her birthday. First of all I had to wait over 30min for someone who to my surprise is the only ONE who carries the keys for verimark bras (Genie Bras).
After the waiting I went to the till to pay the goods (Genie Bras, decorator and present wrap), which the (Genie Bras) scanner picked up a different item, I asked my money to be refund so that I wont be late for my lunch hour, AGAIN I had to wait over 30 for someone to cancel or suspend the sale. I was eventually given a voucher.
Now I am in trouble with my manager for being late thanks to the poor service I received from Game - Boulder.
One would expect to be given the item for free or at least at the value of the scanned item (Genie Bras) price, but hey guess what, the price I got was VALUABLE TIME WASTED & POOR SERVICE AT IT BEST.
I am a very sad customer right now and I will make sure I that tell my family, friends and relatives know the time wasting tactics and poor service from Game.
