Poor account origination, call centre and sales re

I moved into my new home in April 2013. This house already had an ADT account and alarm; and a sales rep (Mr Deniz Roodt, I think that is his surname) came to the house to sign a contract which was done within a week of my moving in. I told him that the time delay between when I enter the house & when the alarm activates does not work. He said should it continue I should call a technician &ADT would fix it for me.
But this was the least of my worries because after signing this contract, I noticed when the alarm did activate, no one called me. I called the call centre almost daily for a month (check your logs) to query, I was told that the contract was not loaded & any activations would not be tended to &they would contact the sales rep, this was the line for this period with no follow up. Eventually I got sick and tired and asked they put me through to a supervisor, he advised that the contract could not be found and we had to sign another! This was in June (almost 2.5 months to open an account). Last week I phoned to get a technician to fix the delay, sorry ma'am you have to pay R450 for a call out, still waiting for the agent to call me back! Is this customer service?
