SIGNED CONTRACT 3 DAYS AGO, STILL NOT LINKED

William Koekemoor came to see me to enter a month to month contract..We met in my house which is currently standing empty. It had already been partially vandilised which is the very reason I needed my alarm linked up... he could see it clearly. He took my credit card info and processed the start up fees. Told me that I'll be contacted for the techs to fit radio to link up. I made it clear that I was going abroad and this had to happen urgently.
I emailed via your website on the 12th. It says that within 24 hours I'll have a reply. Nothing. I have phoned in many times and nobody answers or I go through to control room.
If you are not able or willing to link my alarm up by no later than 15th June at 2pm then I am cancelling for breach of contract. I expected much better response and am starting to feel like I regret choosing your company after reading the 100's of hellopeter complaints about ADT.
