Poor service for a security company

Cartrack has installed a device in my car which is not in working shape, matter was reported last week 20/06/2013 and a technicial was supposed to come and have the matter fixed, Number of calls has been made to them however no action is taken, i have spoken to numerous consultants and non of them can provide straight answers, now i have to pay for something that is not working and it seems they are with no intentions of fixing it, all they have ever promised was that a consultant will call me with regards to the matter but no consultant ever does. i have had no joy with this company and am very dissapointed
