Eskom
Ursary and training contract

I signed a two year contract (2012 to 2014) with eskom. The first year of the bursary was for me to complete my studies, it is stated in my contract that eskom will pay for my institution fees, accomodation, meals, book and projects. Eskom only paid R12 056 of the R35 000 for the first semester. For second semester I had to buy my books, meals and projects material from my own pockert since eskom still owed the university. Till this day my fees have not been paid, I received a letter from the university that serves as a warning, that my name will be black listed for not paying my fees and if any legal action is to be taken against me by the university I have to pay the legal fees. I am currently at home, while I was suppose to be doing my training. I can't apply for training at other companies, because I don't have my results and I have the two year contract with eskom.
