Useless Phathetic Security company

I had a contract with ADT in 2008, out house got broken into and ADT only contacted me an hour later and when i got to the house the security representives were cool calm and collected. When i signed the contract with ADT i know that they should respond immediately to the alarm going off. The had time to cut of my bathroom butler door unplug a 42 inch Plasma DVD. Turn my bedroom upside down to find a laptop and playstation. it was bad service from ADT and breach of contract that they didn't attend to the alarm going off because of. I refused to pay the them and it was agreed that the "Contract" is cancelled on email. 5yrs later the area manager in 2008 cant be found. A week ago i requested a ITC report and i have a judgement against my name for not paying ADT. ADT has been reporting that in 2010 the account was paid up and closed. In 2011 they reported that the account was being paid monthly and up to date. ADT has the decency to hand me over to the lawyers because i didn't pay but they didnt deliver a service that they promised. They are one messed up security company that i wld never consider or recommend it to anyone even in my sleep useless
