Decrease or Cancel my account

I wrote 3 e-mails to ADT and no response, put them on Hello Peter and when they do respond they make empty promises like the guy who phone and left a message on my voicemail that he will be in touch with a new offer; its 96 hrs later and no response. I wish that ADT can just resolve my issues or cancel my account if you can't meet my demands. Please contact me on my landline which I will provide and give me an answer because I have Chubb, Stallion, Alarmnet and Burglar Alert wanting to help me and supply me a service with the highest quote being R305 between the four companies which includes a free installation of the system. So I am waiting in anticipation for ADT's quote.
