Burglar alarm activations on zone 1 (new Chubb installation) at 4 Porfie Place, Elardus Park. on 16 and 25 September refers.

Job card number 307520115 was allocated on 16 September by Yolandi Bender who also advised we would be contacted by either herself or Markwin Adams the next day. To-date no technicians on site to resolve this zone displaying a burglar intrusion - when no one on the property.

This means Chubb security have responded 2 times on a burglar alarm activation caused by a faulty installation on zone 1

Further Yolandi Bender states the pgm module is damaged. Only Chubb technicians have worked on this system and it looks like they damaged the pgm module and no-one at Chubb is taking responsibility!

Kibdly ensure zibe 1 and pgm module issues are resolved soonest
