ADVERSE LISTING ON EXPERIAN CREDIT BUREAU

We have two of our vehicles which are tracked by Tracker SA. I checked my credit profile randomly as I do every week. I noted that I am in arrears according to tracker! I called them to find out why because our subscriptions go off via debit order. I was informed that it is a puzzle on their side and they dont know why!! They invoiced us for a new tracking device and had not put it through the bank and it would go off on the 25th June, which is the normal date. I am in the process of buying a new car and now my credit score has dropped and I will be liable for a higher interest rate!!! I am now told by Lebo of legal dept that I have to wait 7 working days for the adverse listing to be rectified. This is pathetic!
