Double debit again and again after poor service

What is the point of dealing with Stallion Security after numerous problems and responses. Contionous issues have arisen with regards to security provided, after numerous attemps this was resolved, finally thanks to management involvement. Now, however after being double debitedd the previous month and the month before, and being charged for a free call out, I expressed my dismay and asked to be provided with answers. My wife got involved and I am still awaiting answers. Low and behold would you believe it again, I am once again double debited. I find the service utterly poor at this point in time. The funny thing is that I have ADT on our complex premises however after guarantees and promises from Stallion Security I still end up having issues with my account. Is it possible that Stallion Security can mess up so many times on one persons account after numerous complaints, the answer YES and still no explanations. I have had endless problems with Stallion Security and right now they have shown that we are merely a number. I have had to waste a days leave on Stallion with no compensation and now bank charges again on Stallion Security for the third time. The worst customer service.
