Ridiculous

We moved from a house in the Meyerspark area months ago where there is an adt system installed. From the beggining they called me by the previous owners name when they called I told them numerous times what my name was and that I was the tenant but I gave up trying because they just didnt get it. Now they still call me over and over again when the alarm goes off. I DONT STAY THERE ANYMORE and its been months!!! Tonight alone I got 3 calls everytime they promise me theyll take my name of the system and then they call again. I have asked them numerous times over the past few months to remove my name the tenants and the new owners have also asked them but nothing changes only empty promises. It should just be as simple as pressing a delete button!!! Its bordering on harrasment please help!!!
