Shocking Response Received & Breach of Contract

Yesterday, Sunday 26th January 2014 we have 2 armed robbers jump over the neighbours wall so we immediately contacted ADT to respond.

12 minutes later they still had not arrived so I made another call to them and they said they would send someone. I then called the local Marshall Security who arrived not even 3 minutes after my call and 10 minutes thereafter only did ADT arrive.

Their responder said that he was sent from Tongaat which was shocking, by the time he arrived we could of all been killed. The responder was so slow that he didn't even check our premises.

My continuous attempts to make contact with them continuously fail...
