Owes me money and ignores emails

In November 2012 an ADT technician came out to repair some cables and we were given an invoice for R647.01

On 7/01/2013 I paid the invoice in full for R647.01
On 15/02/2013 ADT processed a debit order on my account for R647.01

After numerous phone calls to Yanum Naidoo who was never available and never returned any calls - I eventually got her email address and sent her an email on the 10 May 2013.

She ignored my email so I sent another one. She then phoned to say she would have my account credited 2 days later.

1 month later - still no funds so I sent her more emails. I get read receipts but no response from her.
